Just in time to stop Mitt Romney as he launches his “Why we shouldn’t fund birth control” argument on the campaign trail, a new report from the National Center for Health Statistics sweeps in like a God-damned super hero.
While we already knew the dropping teen pregnancy rates were due to contraception, according to the new stats, pregnancy rates for women in their early 20s dropped 18 percent–and more, the abortion rate dropped 32 percent. Government reports cite BIRTH CONTROL as the reason.
